Leos Carax was born Alexandre Oscar Dupont His professional name is an anagram of his first and middle names (Alex Oscar – Leos Carax). more
The Embassy of Sweden is proud to participate in the 12th Tbilisi International Film Festival. During the festival a total of nine Swedish films - all premiers in Georgia - will be screened, making Sweden the festival's largest contributor of foreign movies.   more

Because of severe financial cuts, the Tbilisi International Film Festival was forced to shorten its program by canceling several of its traditional sections such as international competition, Horizons, film schools, documentaries and short films sections.   more
