A couple in their late 30’s sets out to prepare a fake photo album of a pseudo pregnancy period in order to prove their biological tie to the baby they’re planning adopt.

Mehmet Can Mertoğlu

Mehmet Can Mertoğlu was born in Akhisar, Turkey in 1988. He studied Turkish Literature at the Bosphorus University. His first short THE SLOPE (2009) had its world premiere at the Edinburgh IFF. The film was also screened at Rotterdam, Montreal, Valdivia and Angers. He completed his second short, GLIMMER, in 2012. In 2016, his debut feature ALBÜM was awarded at La Semaine de la Critique in Cannes, Jerusalem FF as well as Sarajevo FF.
