An experimental documentary film that explores how hydroelectric infrastructure becomes an organizational tool that impacts three interconnected issues: the production of knowledge, the construction and dissolution of political and physical boundaries, and the organization of the state. The film follows the rivers of the central South Caucasus, capturing their journey from the glaciers to the Black Sea and the physical and social infrastructure that is built around them in different seasons.
