- In Georgia, near the border with the Russian-occupied region of Abkhazia on the Black Sea, the project for a deep-sea port was initiated in 2016. However, the construction was stopped by pro-Russian forces and there are also increasing political signs of a reduction in democratic institutions. The documentary film follows this development over 5 years up to Russia's attack on Ukraine, which also fueled the fear of an invasion among the Georgian population.
